Bay Area Service Areas
One Call Services has handled restoration calls across the Bay Area since 2012. We dispatch crews from three offices: Fremont, Santa Clara, and Richmond. From those locations, we can reach most of the East Bay, South Bay, and Peninsula in about 60 minutes. Our techs are IICRC-certified (#163618). They speak English and Spanish. We answer the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Where We Dispatch From
We run three offices across the Bay Area. Each one has its own crews and gear. That's how we keep response times short.
Fremont (Headquarters)
Our main office is at 3269 Seldon Ct, Fremont, CA 94539. Three crews respond from here. We cover about a 30-mile radius. Fremont handles most of our East Bay and South Bay calls.
Santa Clara
Our Santa Clara office is at 2010 El Camino Real #841. Three crews dispatch from here across the South Bay and Peninsula. The service radius is about 25 miles. That puts most major South Bay and Peninsula cities inside our reach.
Richmond
Our Richmond service area covers the northern East Bay. That includes Berkeley and the surrounding communities. Three crews dispatch from this location. The service radius is about 20 miles.
East Bay Coverage
The East Bay has older Victorian and Craftsman homes, hillside properties, and dense apartment buildings. Each one has its own risks. Older homes hide aging pipes and outdated drainage. Hillside properties deal with groundwater in the rainy season. Apartment buildings see slow leaks. Those leaks can spread mold through shared walls before anyone notices.
Our East Bay coverage runs from Richmond and Berkeley in the north. It stretches south through Oakland, Hayward, Castro Valley, San Leandro, Union City, Newark, and Fremont.
Common East Bay calls include:
- Burst pipes and slab leaks
- Storm and flood damage
- Mold from hidden moisture
- Sewage backups and crawlspace cleanup
- Commercial property restoration
If you're in Hayward, we have a dedicated page: water damage restoration in Hayward. For Newark, see our Newark water damage page.
South Bay Coverage
The South Bay is dense and fast-paced. Most homes here were built between the 1950s and 1980s. That means older plumbing, original water heaters still in service, and attached garages where small leaks grow into big problems.
We cover San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Cupertino, Campbell, Milpitas, and the surrounding cities.
Common South Bay calls include:
- Water heater leaks and failures
- Dishwasher and washing machine floods
- Mold in bathrooms and kitchens
- Office building leaks and flood cleanup
- Multi-family apartment damage
For San Jose homes and businesses, we have a dedicated page: San Jose water damage restoration.
Peninsula Coverage
The Peninsula has its own challenges. Coastal moisture keeps humidity high year-round. That means mold can take hold faster than in inland areas. Many homes are older. They have original foundations and crawlspaces that trap moisture under the house.
Our Peninsula coverage includes Palo Alto, Redwood City, San Mateo, Menlo Park, Foster City, Burlingame, and the surrounding cities.
Common Peninsula calls include:
- Crawlspace mold and moisture
- Roof leaks from winter storms
- Foundation moisture and basement flooding
- Mold testing and removal
- Sewage cleanup
What We Handle Everywhere
The cities are different, but the work is the same. Across all three regions, our crews handle:
- Water damage restoration: extraction, drying, structural repair
- Emergency water extraction, 24/7, including holidays
- Mold inspection, testing, and remediation
- Flood and storm damage cleanup
- Sewage cleanup and biohazard response
- Crawlspace cleanup and mold removal
- Reconstruction: drywall, flooring, cabinets
We bill insurance directly. We offer deductible assistance. We provide financing for work that isn't covered. Free inspections are always available.
